Endeavour Energy has undertaken numerous initiatives to move their business forward but felt that their successful innovations weren’t well-known to the wider business. They also have a business-wide mandate to embed a culture of innovation across the business, and engaged Paper+Spark to deliver a new event series that would engage, inspire and educate employees from across the business – including field and depot workers, to executives and board – that showcased its ongoing commitment to innovation, its work to date in this area and encouraged innovative thinking practices by all.
Paper and Spark conducted three events across three locations over four days which helped inform, educate, and inspire employees around EE’s work in the innovation space.
We worked closely with internal stakeholders across the business as well as external vendors to develop all elements, including: event branding; an augmented reality immersive experience for booths; AR and VR booth experiences; Culture of Innovation MC Simon Banks; event branding; audio and visual presentations; booths; and event collateral.
The events showcased and encouraged a culture of innovative and transformative thinking in a way which was educational and demonstrated the outstanding innovation in progress at Endeavour Energy.
