If you’ve walked into a beauty store, you’ll know that there are a plethora of skincare products on the market, claiming to treat all sort of skin concerns. Many of these products and ingredients are not clinically proven or are not in high enough concentrations to be effective.

iNova Pharmaceuticals collaborated with Paper + Spark to develop a campaign to raise awareness of sun damage and its symptoms such as wrinkles, texture and redness. The campaign encouraged audiences experiencing any skin issues to seek advice from a GP or dermatologist to discuss their treatment options, as medical skincare is clinically proven to address specific skin issues.  

The campaign leveraged a convenient online pre-screening questionnaire, GP consultation and prescription delivery platform, facilitated by project partner RoseRX, to drive patient outcomes and ROI. 

Some of the results include:

  • 19.3M impressions over 9 months
  • 622K video through plays
  • Educating and accelerating the patient journey (there were over 112K click to the re.think skin platform)
  • Over 6.6K patients connected to online and offline GP consultations
  • Doubled revenue growth
