Earlier this month, Paper+Spark helped Endeavour Energy to develop, deliver and launch a new series of events called the Future Forum.
Conducted at 3 locations across Greater Sydney and attended by over 700 employees, the Future Forum events showcased some of Endeavour Energy’s outstanding innovation currently being implemented across various projects, while encouraging a culture that supports innovative and transformative thinking to help move the business successfully forward and meet the changing energy needs and expectations of their customers.
We collaborated with stakeholders from the wider business on all aspects of creative and logistics to develop a multi-format event programme that would engage, educate and inspire workers across the business, from field and depot staff, to executives and board members. Paper+Spark was responsible for conceptualising and delivering all aspects of the event, including MC Simon Banks’ Culture of Innovation presentation, event branding, audio and visual presentations, booths that allowed employees to see, touch and discuss key projects that included both AR and VR elements, an immersive AR visualisation of the customer journey, and event collateral. We also developed, designed and launched an e-book to roll out across the business post-event.
Feedback from attendees and client stakeholders was unanimously positive, and we look forward to opportunities to extend the new and interesting technologies we implemented for future projects.
